T'Farmstay villa and resort Buon Ma Thuot City

Bad arrival experience Booked 2 nights stay with pre-paid rate on Agoda as last room available during public holidays. When arrived, the door was closed left us outside with all confusions. We then called the property and they said our booking was a faulty on Agoda system, therefore, no room available to us. Also, they mentioned they were trying to contact us the night before to inform, which was never happened. At that point, I had to insist on asking them to open the door so we could at least sit down and sort this whole mess out. After 10 mins, finally there was a staff member came to open the door hesitantly, and not forget to mention the glitch on the system regarding our booking. I got to talk to their manager over the phone, who was lovely comparing to the rest. He again explained to me the situation, but there no problem solving here caused where did we stay was still a myth. After all, I had to ask if he could arrange and ring somewhere to get accommodations for us. He agreed and said will call back asap. 15-20 mins later, the owner came, same explanation, same story regarding to Agoda but not helping us to sort out the accommodation until we had to once again ask to assist with other accommodations. After an hour or so, thanks to the owner connection, we finally had somewhere to stay. Later that day, Agoda called back to us to apologize for the horrible experience and offered credit to compensate. When I asked why this was happened, Agoda told us it came from the property and that they will have some forms of penalty apply on the property. To sum up, I have not stayed at T Farmstay so cannot judge them regarding rooms. But based on the mentioned above experience, I will definitely not book the room here in near future.
